Einfaches Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Fruehstueck hat auch geschmeckt, mussten wir extra bezahlen und war natuerlich nicht ganz billig. Wir waren zufrieden! Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Had a high school reunion and picked Brookhollow, which was very convenient for us. I was a bit concerned, due to the area of Houston, but location was easy to get there. Atmosphere was pretty nice. Walked inside and appeared to be very clean, with a nice aroma in the air. Checked in at the counter and was met with the most professional clerk ( Rosa ). She was so knowledgeable about everything and saw that we didn’t get the discount for the reunion rate, so she upgraded our room. The room was very spacious and clean. Had a great experience staying there, thanks to Rosa.

Last minute need for a hotel and I was super overwhelmed with the hassle of having to pay for a room short notice. The front desk staff (Ninah) that checked me in was very down to earth and was able to locate a room for my cousin and I. Not only was she accommodating in my moments of stress, but she was professionally consoling and reassuring. I would stay here again simply for her hospitality if I visit the area again. The room itself was fairly cleaned. It lacked any trash bags for disposal. Housekeeping also proved not to be stocked with fresh body towels when needing morning service. Another front desk clerk (cannot remember her name, but the morning shift) was super nice and recommended us to a few places to eat in the area. She was so sweet and made us laugh. I appreciate these two ladies. Beyond that - the amenities offered by the hotel were a great perk.
5 stars to the front desk girls.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away
I checked into the Courtyard Marriott Houston Brookhollow yesterday at 9 PM, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was awful. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She was on her phone playing a game and watching something, completely ignoring me when I approached her. I had to wait 3-4 minutes while she finished her game before she even acknowledged me.
The room was equally disappointing. It was filthy and outdated. The sheets and towels had hair on them—clearly not cleaned properly—and the bathroom sink had disgusting yellow stains. This place is nowhere near the standard I expect from a Marriott property.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Avoid it at all costs.

I recently had the misfortune to stay at this Courtyard Houston Brookhollow and it was by far the worst hotel i've ever stayed at and I travel ALOT.
1) A large roach awaited me when I checked into the room. I thought it was a piece of the carpet that had torn but nope it was like a 2 inch dead roach that your security guard (who was dispatched to come collect it said had been dead a long time)
2) Someone in the adjoining room kept trying to come into my room. I mentioned I had concerns for my safety because the first day the curtain was stuck in the door showing that someone had gone through the door while I had occupied the room. Despite this I was told that there would be no refunds, and they couldn't change my room as they were fully booked.
3) I was not able to use the bathroom in my room for half the day nor wash my hands. The toilet was stopped up when I checked in and after I used the facilities and flushed it started overflowing. When I went to go wash my hands I was met with NO WATER. I both called and messaged down to the front desk for several hours and was told simply that they were working on it and they'd let me know when it was done. Eventually I found out on my own that the water was back on but the toilet was still clogged and I had to call repeatedly to get someone to come and snake it. I had only peed so it had been clogged when I had got in which makes me wonder if they even cleaned it because they would have known it was clogged had they flushed it.
4) Our room was not serviced once during the time we were there from Tuesday through Saturday despite the fact that I told the front desk person and clicked in the app that we wanted room services. We had to call or message for towels each day including a batch delivered by the security guard who came up and get the roach with his bare hands because the front desk person forgot to tell the maintenance person. When I mentioned this to the security guard he asked for some tissue to get it.
I do not typically leave public reviews but I will be doing so everywhere for this property because when I asked if I could get my money refunded for the remaining nights so that I could go somewhere that was CLEAN, had consistent RUNNING WATER and CLEAN SHEETS I was told that my reservation was prepaid and it was therefore not possible. I am POSITIVE that having running water, a bathroom to use, being safe and not having people come into your room, and not having bugs running around are all REASONABLE requests established by hotel bill or rights. The front desk person said they were aware that there was bugs and about the water but there was no where else that i could go and they couldn't offer a refund.

L’hotel non è male e devo dire anche pulito più di tanti altri hotel che ho visitato negli USA. La posizione strategica a 10 minuti dal centro città La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che non vi era la possibilità di aggiungere nel prezzo della camera la colazione, Che non prevedevano il servizio di pulizia in camera se resti più di una notte e ciò non era specificato da nessuna parte, e che ci abbiano addebitato l’Internet veloce quando siamo certi di aver sottoscritto per quello free.

Had my car broken into on their parking lot. Driver front and rear windows smashed in. They were smart enough to know not to open the doors or the alarm would have sounded. Rummaged through the center console but I do not leave valuables in the car.
Pointless! No security cameras and bad lighting. My fault for knowing better. Lady at front desk was zero help. Will never stay at this location ever again in this life or the next. Hoping I can get it fixed Saturday before having to drive back to Dallas.

Staying here for a week. It is an old Courtyard with an upgraded lobby. The room is still very old style and the bathroom is actually dirty. The worst part is the quality of the internet. Both Guest and Lobby WiFi are so unstable, keep disconnecting. Very annoying. We also skipped room cleaning but I wanted to have a fresh towel each day. When I asked for it around noon, the front said they were out of it. Also out of lotion too. This place is supposed to be a pet free hotel but hotel management allows pets to come in. The place had water damage from the recent storm so they have a huge fan running 24 hrs at the lobby.
