The rooms were perfect for our needs. Customer service went above and beyond to meet our needs. The evening front desk clerk / parking lot security team was present. Breakfast was decent, but do visit "First Watch" restaurant for some amazing breakfast food. Some fitness center equipment need repairs, and the pool is disgusting. Major disappointment as i brought my swim trunks with me ready to take a dip. However, it was affordable stay and near the mall / restaurants.

No airport shuttle as advertised. This would've been a deal breaker, had we known. They have a shuttle that operated for a couple of ours around suppertime, and that's it. Unacceptable if you advertise that you have one.||||We were also not supplied with linens for our hide-a-bed in our 1-bedroom suite. When we asked for some, They fellow at the front desk said that people usually bring their own. Very reluctantly, after we had to argue for them, we got them.||||WE are diamond platnium Best Westerners, and received 2 complimentary bottles of bottle water for our family of 4..........||||I would not recommend this place. It does not deserve the Best Western name.

Positive: It was so clean, front desk people were so nice Negative: The one woman doing the breakfast really didn?t want to be there. She stayed on her phone talking loudly which made me not want to ask for an omelette.

I love how safe I feel. It may seem as if the guy at night is always out in the parking lot, but realistically he’s just making sure our cars don’t get broken into. I love this place. Well I don’t like that you have to stay in the dining room for breakfast… that’s not cool. But everything else is great!!

Booked by calling directly and was quoted $1224 for 2 rooms for 5 nights||We found discrepancies in the initial charges. They would not let us cancel the 5th night even though we told them at check in we did not need it. This was well before the usual 24 hours to notify them like other hotels/motels. We finally agreed on a price with a penalty for checking out early $1189. We gave the manager a credit card to hold on file as required. The manager said nothing will be will charged until checkout. I find out the day after checking in they charged my credit card $1424!!! Where did this $1424 come from We did not break nor damage anything during our stay. This BW needs to be audited by corporate. My credit card company and AAA will be informed

I give this place two stars the hotel is nice but I don’t like the customer service.At all if you stay there please don’t use your bank card or any type of card for your deposit!!!!!!!! I use a prepaid card for my deposit! The girl told me the deposit for the room would be 100$ she also told me i could not pay the deposit in cash which is a lie because I previously stay here back in June for my daughter graduation. I handed the young lady a 100$ bill cash i got it back after checking out no problem cool. But this particular stay she was so adamant about me using my bank card for the deposit i questioned why? She said I could pay a cash deposit at the moment they doing all deposits on a credit card now! Ok cool so I left put is exactly 125$ on my prepaid card. I came back check into my room she told me it will be a 100$ deposit that’s it!!! So later on I checked my card it was 115$ transactions on my card from them i went down to the front desk show the guy at the desk he said he didn’t know why it did that but don’t worry you get the money back on ur card when you check out ok cool. I left that card alone i ain’t use it no more because i used prepaid cards for a reason. So I check out my room the lady said the deposit was going to be back on my card within 24/48 hours i said ok I wait a few days call up there the manager said system down he called me back never did so i waited another day call again now the girl said give it 5 days it should be on there! I wait now 8 days still no money back on my card she going to tell me look at your transaction history if the payment disappeared that means we did not charge you? but we only put a deposit hold on ur card. I said ok a hold get released back to you which I never received she started be rude talking me down like i didn’t understand! I understand clearly y’all stole 100$ from me i used a prepaid card for a reason I know what I put on that card and I know what comes off I’m not illiterate. Good thing i did not use my regular bank card. And it’s been going on two weeks the manager still ain’t call so don’t use no cards for the deposit there talking your money!

This place is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. The staff is rude to the core and they have policies that make no sense. I am a mom so if the kid is sleeping upstairs since breakfast is so early, I will usually bring some back to my kid which isn’t allowed here for no good reason. There is a $100 deposit, when usually a simple hold on a credit card is enough. We stayed here due to an emergency but I would never make the same mistake again.
