This burrito bowl was MASSIVE! (I was able to get 3 meals out of this one bowl). I absolutely loved it! So many different topping options you can add. I ordered online and my order was ready once I arrived. Very nice employees and great service! I added a lot of stuff to my bowl and it all seemed to be on there so I really appreciate that! The burrito bowl was also gluten free which was very good for me! I would definitely stop by here again in the future!!

I bought three bowls but we asked for lettuce and supposedly the only lettuce they had was this lettuce that was all orange and red all over and did not whatsoever seem fit for human consumption and they continued to leave it out there to serve people although none of us got to enjoy our lettuce, even though we still had to pay full price. Very disappointed with the service time after time. If the food didn't taste good I wouldn't even give it one star or ever return there. It's a shame how the food is so good but the restaurant is ran so poorly ?

Today was the third time we’ve got burritos/bowls from here and when we brought it home it was sooo incredibly salty we couldn’t eat it… found out it was the white rice. It was literally like eating handfuls of salt (not exaggerating at all). When I called all I was told was “sorry”. Didn’t offer to re-make our order if we came back or anything.

Came here for the BOGO deal. Burritos were wet, lacked flavor, and completely fell apart. The chicken was good, and I did like the ingredient options. No napkins at most of the tables.

This was my first time trying Hot Head. Overall I was disappointed. While I seem to like the idea of Hot Head, the execution at this location was subpar (at least on the day I went). Would maybe try it again sometime in the future.

The workers were nice.

Drove from Garfield heights to Strongsville. Honest opinion better than Chipotle. The quality of the bowl and quesadilla were great. Especially the variety of toppings to put on it. Would definitely go back

Always amazing quality and huge portions i usually eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day! Try the hot head sauce it's amazing

Hot Head provided a pretty great burrito ? ? You have an assortment of fresh ingredients to choose from. The dining area was sanitary and quiet. I noticed their menu also has quesadillas, tacos and nachos, which I can’t wait to dig into. I enjoyed a chicken burrito stuffed with guacamole ? beans ect. Good eats for lunch!

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars ?. I love this place! I'm picking them over Chipotle any day! Don't get it twisted, Chipotle got good quality food and they now have cauliflower rice, but you just get more food at Hot Heads.

They have signature bowls or you can just create a bowl, which I do 10 out of 10 times. To sum it up, if you want extra anything from. Chipotle, you gotta ask at least twice to get your desired amount. Hot Heads can sense you want more, so they just give it to ya?
