Been staying here for 2 weeks now. Everything has been great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everyone is kind and friendly. I wish my work schedule allowed me to enjoy some of that delicious breakfast!!!! Thank you all for accommodating myself and 15 of my coworkers.

I’m Cait I have cancer and I’m on oxygen it’s hard for me to walk place to place after driving a long time not 30 minutes ago we arrived and I sat struggling to breathe as my mom checked us in unfortunately we was told the hotel was full but worst off somehow Marriott online changed us to town place suits and they had awful reviews and mom was scared for my health but we had a wonderful ladies Sophia and Alicia in the hotel be able to get us a room even with a discount!! Then mom called the service number and spoke to Melinda and she was able to get a refund from the other hotel! We got to our room it was nice and clean thank you both for all your help!!

The experience was a definite five star trek and it was very quick. The room was very spacious we received requested first floor. The breakfast was excellent. We will be in town in three months and make a reservation here again.

I paid for a King Suite and received a double handicap. Though they told me they have been out of kings for days, I only reserved and received confirmation for a king an hour ago. They knew they did not have a king and rented me one through booking.com anyway.

The white lady at the front desk in the afternoon the weekend I went was so rude . She refused to give me towels and didn’t want to replace the mess up iron that was in the room. I will never stay there again. I’ve never stayed at a hotel I think she doesn’t like black people

Stay away! Awful awful hotel. Horribly rude staff. Elevator broke - my elderly parents had to climb the stairs. AC didn’t work. Front desk lady yelled at my mom over water. Awful experience.

I stayed here for one night on my way to a local hike. The pool closes at 6 which is weird but not the worst thing. I checked out the next day and a few hours after I left they put THREE internet charges on my room. I did try to access the Internet but it wasn't working so I used my phones mobile hotspot. I called the hotel because I'm a Marriott Rewards member and I've never been charged for basic room internet much less 3 charges for a one night stay but they refused to waive any of them. If they'll steal money so blatantly what else are they doing?! There are a few hotels right in this area, this one is dated and old anyway. I'd choose a more trustworthy one.

Location is okay for downtown commute. Rooms look like they were upgraded but not to my liking. Affordable n good location for downtown.
