Their variety and quality of shakes is fantastic. They also offer platter style meals(sandwich w/2 sides(lots to choose) and drink) for which I personally always substitute a milkshake. All for $10.15, enough to share if you are not all that hungry. I highly recommend one of the cheesecake milkshakes, it has real cheesecake bites in it, they offer like 6 different kinds. This last time I had to wait a while for my food but normally it's not that way.

I always hit up Cook Outs when I am in the parts of the country that have them, they are great and this one was no exception. My big double burger was delicious.

I do not know where to begin. First off I ordered a 2 trays with double burgers. Neither were double burgers. I asked for a drink carrier and as he was opening the window said I was making his life very difficult geez got 4 drinks don’t understand what that was for. Quesadillas were not chicken. Honestly just no leadership and a bunch of high schoolers running it. Food absolutely sucked too, cold and yucky.

Such great food for fast food. Much cheaper than McDonald's and much tastier! Love the variety of milkshack flavors. All of the employees were super and in great moods. The positivity was catching!

So I don’t know what’s going on here but they’ve person that was working the drive through window I went to was rude as hell. Was being incredibly inpatient the car in front of us moved away and not even a second later this person is leaning out the window freaking out that we weren’t there already.

Plus our milkshakes were watery, so either freezer burned or bad mix.

Just disappointing.

Picture it, Knoxville, blizzard of 2024. Three bored and hungry souls venture out of their humble abode in search of a burger and shake combo. Lo and behold, what do they see?! The Cedar Bluff Cookout. Were they short staffed? Of course! But did they let it get them down? Heck, no. Markel crushed it. He was working not only the front register, but the drive thru as well. Despite this, he was a cool as a cucumber and friendly to boot. LOVE. Shout out to Markel!!!

I have been to this place 3 times the past 2 weeks. Like other reviews say the girl working drive through is horrible all 3 times I’ve been she has been short and rude when you order and basically throws the food at you at the window God forbid you ask for a sauce. The first 2 times my order was correct but her attitude was horrible. This time I got home and discovered I got half my order and I had to put up with her attitude. Read other reviews this woman is a problem.

Horrible service. Very little English spoken. Cold food.

Ordered a burger tray with a cheeseburger with everything. Received a burger with nothing. Asked to have the burger fixed. Waited for 15 minutes for this complex, unheard-of procedure to be completed. Received a burger with everything including a chill and without cheese. Girlfriend was fed up so we left. Live less than a mile away and will never visit again. Being approached with hostility by such incompetent people is not worth it.
Go to the McDonald's across the street every time.
