The custard here is nothing short of extraordinary, easily holding its own against the best ice cream parlors in town. It’s incredibly rich and creamy, with a decadent flavor that will have you savoring every bite and scraping your spoon for more. The atmosphere adds to the experience, with a charming theme that complements the indulgent treats. Customer service is top-notch, friendly, and attentive, making you feel right at home. Plus, the convenience of a drive-thru is a game changer. Nestled in the peaceful Cedar Bluff area, this spot is a hidden gem. If you’re a dessert lover, don’t miss it, especially the butter pecan. Yum!

We came for opening day and got the Cole Custer (named after the NASCAR driver sponsored by Andy’s) which is our favorite concrete mixer. We like the cold delicious custard, especially on a hot day… but we don’t mind coming when it’s cold! Custard and frozen treats are good all the time! We happened to be there when WATE was filming so we ended up on the news for the grand opening.

The girl at the window who took our order and served us was super nice and had a smile on her face.

It was pretty hot outside, so the only recommendation I have for them is to put up some umbrellas or more shade because our custard (and us) melts super fast in the blazing summer sun. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic location and I’m super excited this one is closer to home!

It was our first time here and there was a special event going on. The atmosphere was nice. There were a few mistakes with my order and I had to stand at the counter for quite a while, waiting for a manager to sort it out, so it wasn’t a great first impression. That said, the ice cream is delicious and I think it’s super cool that they did this Halloween costume event for kids.

Well, my first time coming here a couple days after they open, and I asked for a small whatever it was called when you mix the flavor in girl gave me a medium or large. I’m looking back on the front of counter and I see the smallI’m like you didn’t even give me what I asked for that. Pisses me off the first time you don’t even give me a small, it’s a medium more large. The reason I didn’t go back to the windows because of course I stand out in the crowd if you know what I mean, and I didn’t want him to think oh Lord , here we go .. That alone messing up my order will deter me from coming again, and yeah, I will tell people that I know well they already screwed up my order and the girl who waited on me the little one with the brown hair and the brown eyes when I was asking her question she’s looking at me like I was bothering her I told her I never had this before ..

Lack luster to say the least every time i go to the cedar bluff location we have issues with our order, today we went and spent almost $30 just for our ice cream to not even be blended and all of our toppings were just sitting atop the custard, there was no way to mix it manually because it was as if they gave us the smallest cups possible for what we ordered so you had to eat all your topping before you could even get down
To the bottom of it. I ended up not even
Eating mine, frustrated that i spent $30 to not be satisfied with my purchase. Won’t be going back to this location again and that’s for damn sure!

I’ve been twice to see if my first experience was a fluke. The custard is fine, nothing special. Skimps on the toppings for the higher price point. Not enough seating, no clear divide between where the menu viewing area is, where you should be waiting in line. No separate area for picking up orders and placing them. People are constantly in each other’s way. They don’t take your name so if two people have the same order, there’s confusion at the window. I saw them make multiple orders wrong while I was there. No restrooms. It’s a huge lot but so much space is wasted.
