Mark was amazing, and fast! We ordered a cover from him, because of it's design, he said it would take about 4 weeks to make - he delivered almost a week sooner! Not only that, but we have a spa that has raised speakers on each corner, which is really difficult to find a spa cover that fits, let alone a manufacturer that can produce it (it's not a common design anymore). Mark's spa cover fits PERFECTLY and it works amazing to retain the heat in the hot tub. We're grateful that we found him and very pleased with the spa cover that we ordered. Fast, durable, and very reasonably priced!

I needed a new cover for my Hot Springs spa and I thought I would have an issue because I was missing the original cover. Spa wholesalers made it easy because Mark has enough experience to know the exact measurements and cuts for the new cover. The only thing needed from me was the color choice. It took less than 2 weeks from creating the order and I was given an option to have it delivered or picked up. Mark was professional and timely during the entire process. Contacted Mark at Spa Wholesalers to get a quote on spa cover. He was very easy to work with and quoted me a fair price. I called again and placed my order with color, type of cover and dimensions. He texted me an invoice, that was how easy he made the process.
5 weeks later I had my cover delivered. Fix, color and style are great. I had contact 3 other companies but went with Mark because of Mark! In today’s world service is hard to find, but Mark truly has a gift for customer service. Thanks Mark

We were so blessed to find Spa Wholesalers through Facebook! We reached out through messenger and then were immediately contacted by Mark. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and a thoughtful businessman. Any doubts we had of ordering online or over the phone were completely gone after one conversation. We asked if we could pay a down payment and Mark said that we could pay for the entire order upon pick up. Completely unheard of nowadays. I found Spa Wholesalers on Facebook Marketplace. We were looking for a new spa cover for our older, odd shaped Jacuzzi. I contacted a few Spa/Cover places prior to reaching out to Mark and couldn't find anyone who was interested in helping me. Mark was happy to help! He constructed a template utilizing my photos and measurements, along with the make and model of my Jacuzzi, which of course has been discontinued for some time. It was worth the 8 week wait (due to a foam shortage). We picked up our cover from Mark, brought it home, and it was a PERFECT fit! This was a great experience from start to finish!
