First time here and it's was the best experience our family have ever had at a bww. Food was hot and fresh. The wings were awesome, fries were great and our waitress was really good.

Came in for dinner on a Sunday evening. Floor was dirty from hostess stand to table. Not busy and plenty of servers standing around. We were promptly seated by the hostess but after 10 minutes not a single server had stopped by our table. They walked by several times, and even waited on tables that came in after us. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings. This is the very definition of poor service and bad management. Never ate and left since we were never waited upon. Brewbachers down the street was our next choice and it was significantly more pleasant.

They were busy. I wanted to sit at the bar but she was so busy.making drinks I barely got a chance to order. It definitely should be more then one bartender at night. People wanna drink but people like me wanna get in and get out and the bar is the best way to do it. Overall, the staff were friendly. Made sure I was ok, I ordered to go and was not disappointed at all. I even left a tip.

I think Buffalo Wild Wings has some of the best sauces among all the wing chains, and I stopped at this Bluebonnet location during a trip to Baton Rouge after learning that one of my faves, hot bbq, was back for a limited time. Being from Houma, B-Dubs is a treat — one I only get when I'm in an area that has one. That's why I was extra disappointed when I left 15 minutes after not being greeted by a server. The hostess brought me to a table as soon as I walked in. Then I watched servers pass by again and again and again. Guests came in after me, sat at tables and booths all around me and got served, but not one server stopped at my table. The hostess did eventually stop and ask if someone had been to my table. After I told her no, she offered to get me a drink and brought me a glass of water. I had hope. I watched her walk over to a group of servers and get into a discussion with them, but I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I gave up and walked out disappointed, having wasted my time. I invite any manager at this location to check their cameras around 11:30 to noon Saturday, Sept. 14 to watch what poor customer service looks like. I stopped in at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Gonzales on my way back to Houma to get my hot bbq fix. Thankfully, they had it together and delivered a much better experience.

My nephew and son decided to give it a try for lunch. They wanted to try the blazin wings challenge and we'd never been there so I thought wth? I'm gna start with the three dip trio and chips. The salsa (and I use the term VERY loosely) tasted like smth you'd dip your mozzarella sticks in. The guacamole (omg NO) was a smashed up avocado no flavor, no taste. The queso was decent. I'd give it 3/5. I ordered the buffalo wings which were sauced nicely, but the flavor wasn't hitting right for a place specializing in wings. I was severely upset that the ranch dipping sauce tasted like hidden valley right out the bottle string wang of preservatives and all. It's bad to say the best thing on my plate was the fries. My son won the blazin wings challenge and got some nice prizes so the trip wasn't a total waste.

Five of us met up for dinner Tuesday night (May 14). Service was exceptionally bad. Half of our food came out cold, which wasn't acceptable after the long wait. Other tables got their food, ate, and left before ours was remade. The manager was flat out rude. She has a complacent attitude. There is no way the owner knows how the established is run. We watched drink orders sit and die at the bar, when there was 11 tables (not including those at the bar) in the restaurant. Crazy experience. So bad I had to write a review.

I'm giving it a 4 only because you basically can't hear nothing once it packs in a bit. Need better speakers and/or acoustic upgrades. If I wasn't going to watch a particular game, then, it would be a 5-star review. Food is always good to me. Never a problem there. The restaurant has been updated since my last visit and it looks great. Projector screens are never that good IMO, so I'd rather look at the TV's. My waitress today loosened up after a while but it would have been nice if she was smiling and more energetic from the start. I recommend going. Good for friends or family!
