We had an amazing experience at Conrad’s! The Chicago roast beef sandwich was absolutely delicious – the beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The peppers added a nice kick without being too overpowering. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was fresh. The service was fast and friendly too. Highly recommend if you’re craving a tasty, hearty meal!

This is the cutest little place! I loved all the variety to choose from.
This was the best hotdog I've had in a while! My fries were SO CRISPY & so good. The fountain drinks were superb as well.. usually you can't get a good fizz from most food places, but that's not the case here.

Conrads is more than Hot Dogs. This was the BEST Italian Beef I've ever had. So authentic, just like you would get in Chicago. By far the best Beef in Colorado. Must try. I thought it was better than Portillos. We will be back very soon. The Chicago dogs were also incredible.

Great spot to stop at for a to-go lunch after our drive in the mountains! Best Chicago dogs we’ve had in a long time! The fries were fantastic and the serving size was very generous. Such friendly and quick service. Thanks Conrad’s!

Super cute addition to Idaho Springs. Very nice staff. Solid food. Extra clean bathroom.
Only thing: a little more expensive than I was hoping. $53 (with tax) for 3 hot dogs, sides, & drinks. But, then, what isn’t expensive these days?

Sure, you may not get yelled at or experience the joy of a chocolate milkshake like at The Wiener’s Circle in Chicago but the hot dogs are JUST AS GOOD (not to mention authentic Chicago dogs) and, at the risk of being screamed at next time I’m at The Wiener’s Circle, the French fries were better. You read that right. The French fries were crispy on the outside, not too salty & perfectly soft inside. I can’t wait to go back to try their Italian beef sandwiches to see if they’re as good as Al’s! 10/10 recommend!

Food was to die for! It was served with passion and a smile! Staff were friendly and accommodating! They listened and provided fast service in a clean restaurant with style! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back for another bratwurst and fries! The stubborn brand of soda was delicious too! Grateful to have this spot to stop for good food while traveling along I-70!
