We try to ship all orders before 11:59pm on the next business day, but some products may not be in stock immediately. We have chosen to do this so that you, the customer, always receive the freshest products.

We ship with DHL and DPD to Germany and Austria. On average, the delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days.

If you have placed an order with the wrong address, please send us an email. You can change your shipping address in your account.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Track & Trace code that you can use to track your order online.
