Information about warranty & return

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Opened packets of coffee or tea etc.
We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

Book with clear signs of use
Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or records.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
All items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and verified, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (14).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver has had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it can take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you return more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
