Our balsamic vinegar Aceto Balsamic IGP Series 12 comes from Magreta di Formigine, Modena. There becomes the unfermented juice of the Trebbiano grapes thickened and mixed with wine vinegar. This beautiful mixture is poured into solid wood barrels where it matures according to the solera system; As soon as the oldest balsamic vinegar is ready for bottling, it is supplemented with younger Aceto Balsamic from the barrels above. This ingenious working method ensures consistently high quality.
Due to its long maturation, the Aceto Balsamico IGP Series 12 has an extra rich aroma, full-sweet taste and a consistency that is nice and thick and viscous.
Aceto Balsamic IGP is delicious in the marinade and dressing or as a topping over all your meat, fish and vegetables. Due to its extra sweet aftertaste, it also fits perfectly on your desserts.
Aceto Balsamic IGP Series 12 is bottled in an octagonal bottle of 250 ml and comes in a luxury package.
