Authentic Blades VAY 16 cm

VAY comes with a rather unusual and very beautiful leaf shape in Europe. Due to its swing excellent for chopping herbs and spices, similar to the well-known cleaver. Leafy vegetables, carrots, pumpkin and cabbage can also be easily processed with VAY.

The smaller versions are well suited for herbs, the larger ones for vegetables, for pizza or as a pie scoop. The following applies: the larger the leaf, the less effort is required. The weight of the knife works for us. VAY is available in variants with thin black and thickly polished blades.

The knives are made entirely by hand by small family businesses in Vietnam. A comparison with the quality of CNC lasered and ground mass products is superfluous.
Each handle is cut by hand and the blades are cut out with large tin scissors without punching. The blades may have small bumps.
However, these do not reduce their suitability for everyday use and operational power, but rather increase their individuality and peculiarity.
