The gentle refinement of the coffee beans through our traditional long drum roasting process makes this creation a gentle, mild pleasure with a fine caramel note and a round, fruity taste.

Käfer coffee creations are selected exclusively from excellent green coffees from Asia as well as Central and South America. For more than 80 years, we have been roasting traditionally using the drum roasting process. This is the only way we can guarantee that all the flavourings contained in the beans can really contribute to a harmonious taste. Due to the long roasting, irritants and chlorogenic acids are almost lost. The coffee becomes digestible and mild – without chemical or mechanical manipulation.
