The fine pasta wokkels Trofie are a specialty of our master supplier Gragnano. They let the paste dry in peace at a low temperature so that all nutrients and taste are optimally preserved. The wokkels are slightly porous so that the sauce can absorb to the maximum.

As an extra service, Gragnano has its own tracking system on their website (TTS, Total Tracking System) that shows you the exact location of the wheat field of your bag of wokkelpasta.

Serve this delicious Trofie with homemade basil pesto, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a green salad. Of course you pour your finest glass of Italian wine with it.
