Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from withdrawal. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Opened packages, coffee or tea, etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

Book with obvious signs of use
Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
All items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and within a certain number of days (14) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a certain amount of processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
