I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Santee and was blown away by the experience. The hotel itself was spotless and well-equipped, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single employee was genuinely happy, pleasant, and incredibly attentive. They seemed to take such pride in their work, always moving around, restocking items, checking in on guests, and making sure everyone was comfortable. It’s clear that the management is doing something right because you can feel the positive atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this place and its wonderful team—I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean, great customer service , the free breakfast was phenomenal, location was great, parking included. This hotel was surrounded by many restaurants, stores, highway, and gas stations. Lots of walkable places. I came for a family reunion and my family stayed here. We were able to meet in the lounge area which was fun and cool. Rooms were so comfortable with a fridge and microwave which was a plus. Definitely would highly recommend and make sure you book ahead of time because this hotel tends to get sold out alot.

I stayed here while waiting out Milton. I always stay at Hilton properties, and I have to say this is the best one I've ever stayed at. The most pet friendly with many poop stations, nice green grassy areas around the property. The staff is awesome, friendly, and helpful. What started out as a very stressful situation turned into a pleasant experience thanks to the staff and comfortable accommodations.

This is absolutely and without a doubt the best right-off-the-highway hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is far enough off the highway that you don't hear it, and the parking lot and grounds were very nice and felt really safe. I was there alone and felt completely secure. I was greeted with a genuine smile and conversation, and every employee I came across, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the sweet women working the breakfast area, said hello when they saw me and were very friendly. The hotel itself had great perks that you don't often find in a place right off of a major highway. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24 hours in the lobby, the breakfast had a fair amount of options (including eggs and waffles) and wasn't just a couple of packaged things for a grab-and-go style breakfast, there was a small 'market' pantry with lots of different toiletries and food items for sale, a gym, a business center, and fresh cookies in the lobby at 6pm! My room was spotless and felt comfortable and updated. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The tv had streaming services available, and not just cable tv. Everything just felt clean and nice and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again on my next drive down I-95. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights but I would have stayed longer. Rooms and general areas are clean and bright using just the right amount of space. I felt welcomed by the ambiance but also by the staff. Even when they were busy, all the employees of every position were warm and conversational. The room was crisp and comfortable. If I get a chance, I will return.

Room was a wonderful size and seemed to be renovated recently. The shower was nice but oddly looked like someone left their pet in it previously and it was half cleaned (no hair but like these weird marking like scratches) right off the interstate, kind staff, breakfast wasn’t that great though. All in all it was one night and it did what we needed it to do.

This was an exceptional Hampton Inn. We stayed for a family reunion in Santee, and while the location doesn’t have a lot of restaurant options nearby, the hotel itself was great! The staff is all smiles, very pleasant, and helpful as can be. The rooms were clean (I’m very picky about that) and stocked well with towels. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The staff is just amazing!
