Na ja....bin gestern erst gekommen und es war mit spielenden Kindern ziemlich überlaufen (das Pool ist nicht weit von der Rezeption )!
Personnel freundlich!
Das Zimmer ist sauber und Bett ist angenehm !

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I am not typically one to complain but the customer service that I have experienced is beyond unprofessional. I made a reservation in early September for one night, October 18th. Today, at 3:00 on the day of the reservation, I received two missed calls from the hotel. I called back to inquire about my reservation and was told that my credit card was declined. I explained that I recently got married and my name on my account had changed, so that was most likely what happened. I owned up to my mistake and was told “you have to have a card that has money on it to book”. I again explained, and was told the same thing again. I then began to ask why I was not informed of this prior to the day of the reservation and she said “Well we called you six times.” This is not true, and even if they did call me they did not leave a voicemail to tell me what the call was about. I called back to inquire immediately luckily. When I asked to give a new card, they said that there was not a room available, which I also understand. When I kept asking about the notification, she kept trying to explain to me that “you have to have money to book a room”. Now we currently have no room to stay in and I had to be bullied through the phone by a grown woman. This is absolutely unacceptable and their customer service representative Helen or Helene? needs to be retrained.

My mother and I here stayed here the week after the unprecedented Hurricane Helene. We had no power in our hometown and paid close to 1K to stay here for basic comforts; food , a/c, internet, electricity. The hotel was packed with other displaced people and workers who were headed to the affected areas. So, that being said, we weren't too picky. However, a problem arose at the end of our stay where a front desk worker scolded me for having my pet in the eating area. I was there for literally 2 min while I got my food to take to my room. The next morning, I sat with my small dog on the very periphery of the eating area ( in the back hall basically on the way out the door). The same front desk worker came and scolded me again. Now, mind you, we have no homes right now. We are unfortunately not on vacation, we are in survival mode. I cannot leave my dog in the room alone - he would tear it up due to anxiety. Also, I paid an extra $75 for him to stay here. This guy (Clayton T) said that others have complained about the dogs in the eating area. If there was a nuclear bomb, people would complain about things not being neat enough. You explain to your guests that we all need patience for this week while people have no homes and nearing 180 people have died. Maybe just a little more training in discretion and unusual circumstances would be appropriate for the workers.
Other than that, the daily breakfasts and nightly snacks were appreciated. Our room was very noisy...we were directly across from the elevator room and the laundry and those workers did not attempt to be quiet. Also, don't get an adjoining room, you can hear everything!

I was in room 418 on 7/12/24. My kids were sleeping on the pullout couch and discovered bedbugs crawling on them at 12:30am. We had to leave the hotel immediately and are completely traumatized, having to wash everything that we brought. Also, the desk chair and phone were disgustingly dirty and the phone was not functional. The floors, even the carpets were sticky. There was a hole in the wall by the lobby elevator and drunk people crying outside the hotel. Horrible experience.

Night of Stay: September 27th 2024
Check out: September 28th 10:30-10:45 Am

Got back on road at 4 Am 29th and arrived at 8:40 AM to retrieve personal property.

Do NOT stay here. My wife and I had left our laptops in the room and had to drive back 4.5 hours the next morning after check out to see if they were turned in. We called the same day we left and were told by the front desk clerk to wait until the following morning to check. BOTH laptops were stolen and there was clearly ZERO remorse from housekeeping. Concord police captured an incident and confirmed they were STOLEN. There is a poloc3 report in progress. Additionally, The Officer tried to look at camera footage. Fortunately for the thief the cameras on the floors only point to exits. This should be of concern to all guests as this creates a breeding ground for crime, from theft to domestic violence to kidnapping.

Housekeeping Manager, Karen Rogers, was completely rude and showed no empathy or concern that this occured at her hotel. They were clearly stolen as staff removed the laptops from the case and left the case in the drawer where the laptops were. It was confirmed by the Housekeeping Manager that only the one housekeeper that cleaned the room, Karen herself and the "little old lady" that checked in after us were the only people that entered the room after us. Housekeeping Manager continued to explain that it could not have been the little old lady. Then who was it Karen? You? Your housekeeper? No accountability for employees regaring professionalism or job performance concerning guest satisfaction. General Manager, Devante Watkins, maybe take a close look at the type of personalities you employ and their level of integrity.

Zero human decency or compassion from this establishment. We were traveling from the coast to get to safety after Hurricane Helene. We returned home to Eastern TN after our stay and found our community had been devasted by the storm and may never fully recoup. How dare this housekeeper and management continue to contribute to such an ugly world. We have enough to worry about without having to worry about people stealing from us.

DO NOT STAY HERE! SPEND AN EXTRA HUNDRED AND GET A BETTER HOTEL! YOUR BELONGINGS AND SAFETY DEPEND ON IT!

Horrible customer service. Canceled our reservation at the very last minute with no warning. One call an hour before and no voicemail. Not even the biggest problem. Helene or Helen (doesn’t matter) was so rude to my wife accusing her of not having money and talking to her like a child like she doesn’t know how to book a room. All of this over the wrong name on the credit card.

The rooms that we reserved were not available at check in for several members of our room block. When I asked why the rooms weren’t blocked according to the requests the associate stated that sales can block rooms and we needed to speak to the people that don’t speak good English to block a room. The 2 rooms that my family checked into had dead bugs in the bed, under the pillows, on the bed side table and in the window. When we went downstairs to switch rooms we were told that our 12 year old children would have to take a room on the opposite side of the hall because that’s all they had available. After debating with the associate, he finally put us in different room types that were across the hall. The toilet in one room didn’t work and the other room smelled like mildew. When I called the hotel to make them aware of what happened I was told that the GM would contact me. After 2 days, he hadn’t so I sent another email to sales. Later that day the GM called and left a voicemail stating that he would issue Hilton points for the inconvenience. I called back less than 2 minutes later and was told that he’d left for the day and would contact me the following day. Over a week later and he has not contacted me. I called corporate and tried to speak to someone but the called went silent but never disconnected. I’ll never stay at another Hilton again!
