Holiday Inn Express never fails to deliver on a clean, quiet experience and this hotel is no exception.

I've stayed here twice now, and both times were everything you could want for the price and class of hotel. Soft beds, warm blankets, hot shower, coffee in the room and a good breakfast selection in the morning consisting of veggie omlets, scrambled eggs, bacon and staples like waffles and fresh fruit.

My ONLY complaint has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the website. I booked a standard room, expecting a single king bed. What I got instead was a double queen room.

The front desk told me that the "standard room" option was an "inflow room" option, which I suppose is code for "whatever we feel like putting you in".

Despite this, the experience was still pleasant. I will definitely continue staying here when I'm in the St Louis area

We were just traveling through so we just spent a night. It’s right off the highway but we didn’t have any issues with noise. The hotel looked modern and clean and no issues with the room. When we went through the main hallway, we saw the windows to the pool and kept walking down expecting to see the door, but it wasn’t there. It turns out there is a side hallway next to the elevators and you can get to it in there. We saw at least two other groups confused on how to get in as well, so they need to do a better job with signage. As for the pool itself, it was disappointing as it was smaller than a typical indoor pool so once you more than two groups showed up, it’s not worth going in as it’s too crowded. There isn’t a whirlpool as well.||The workout room is decent and was open 24 hours. As for the breakfast, it was good overall and it had the usual fare you would expect at the Holiday Inn Express, including the yummy cinnamon rolls. If back in the area, would be back.

Stayed one night. Walked into the room and immediately noticed a smell. It was right across from the pool so I just assumed it was due to that. It was mostly clean. I did notice that the trash can already had a used Kleenex in it when I walked in the room. Put some water and some fruit in the mini fridge. Left for about 6 hours and returned to the room around 11 pm. Opened fridge for cold bottle of water and it was still hot. I went to front desk to let them know and she said they were sold out and could not get me another fridge. But did offer to let me store my water in the employee only fridge in the back. I had a cooler with me so I just filled it with ice and it worked fine but my fruit was already lost. I told them at checkout as well and they acted like it was their first time hearing about it. So manager of you read this make sure that fridge in room 125 gets replaced! Also have them clean behind that thing once in awhile it was disgusting back there. I will say this being next to the pool and on the ground floor it was pretty quiet.

Hotel itself is great. Clean with friendly staff. I didn't care too much for breakfast which wasn't always on time. Coffee is hit or miss with condiments. The worst thing I seen here was the night clerk curling up on the couch with a blanket and sleeping.

This hotel is amazing. The staff member, Hailey, that helped us was exceptional at her job. We came in here upset and frustrated after leaving a different hotel reservation due to uncleanliness. She helped us get a room, reassured us of it's cleanliness and overall was kind and knowledgeable. She even told us about cookie hour!!! How much better can a hotel be other than getting a warm cookie and milk after a 16 hour drive. The room is exceptional and clean. The pool is nice and we will be coming back here if we come this way again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

It should be unnecessary to praise what used to be normal expectations, but yet here we are. This hotel did not disappoint in any single way. Clean, freshly updated (or relatively new, I can't tell which). Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, comfortable. The location is safe - isolated from really anything close by other than the clinic in the adjacent parking lot. Wish all hotels could be this on point and consistent with brand.

Our car along with 7 others was broken into and the hotel acted like it was just another Monday. Our daughter got a bad rash from the insane amount of chlorine in the pool. So I guess if you enjoy that kind of thing then this is your place.

One of the better holiday inn expresses I have stayed at. Staff was great, breakfast was fantastic, room was clean and quiet. No complaints, all positive. Pool was nice also. Cookie hour was very nice also.
