Awesome staff and atmosphere, love the decorations and Rosa was fantastic! Food was great and the take customer comments seriously. When they first opened they didn’t have Yum Yum sauce so I said that’s a big thing not to have and now that I have returned again they have it after telling me they would have it next time I came. So make your opinions known and if it is reasonable they will do it! Love this place!

First of all the atmosphere is amazing! Way better looking than the other two here in Lakeland. It’s really stunning and my pics don’t do it justice. Lauren was great, attentive, and friendly. The food was perfect and fresh and an extensive sauce bar. Awesome Boba offerings. Overall will be back here over any others in Lakeland. Hope it sticks around!

What a fantastic experience! We loved everything so much. We chose to do the Hot Pot dining experience, and there was a plentiful variety of ingredients! Everything we ordered was very fresh and delicious!

This was our first time dining, and our server’s name was Arianna. She was so nice and very attentive!

We cannot wait to try the BBQ dining experience for next time!!

I absolutely love it here. Best hot pot in Lakeland hands down. Everything is fresh. I love the mixture of music. The service is over the top! This is my second time here. The first time my phone was dead and I couldn’t get great photos. This time we were too busy eating our delicious hot pots. I love how they give you a chance to win a certain percentage off your next visit or free drinks. They even have multiple tables that seat a party of 10.

I lived in Asia for 5 years and really missed eating good hot pot. This restaurant made me feel like I was back there and the food was amazing! Good service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Dana was excellent and was very attentive to my husband and I for lunch today. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained the menu well and helped us choose the best options for our tastebuds! Husband has a spicy template and I’m the opposite! LOL ? Go see Dana and she will treat you right and have an incredible experience!

First time trying this new location. Awesome experience! Great food quality, quick service (I arrived shortly after opening at 12pm) and nice vibes all around. Anna was my server, she was kind and patient with me, and checking on me frequently to see if I need another round of meats. I went with the hot pot. Meats were good, nice quality and good amount of each serving. Pretty decent selection of beef meats (brisket/belly/tripe/tongue). Seafood selection is great too. Mussels, squid, scallops etc. Large selection of vegetables as well. I had the basic broccoli, bok choy, mushrooms, and sweet potato. Everything was so fresh. There was other soybean options, and noodles as well. I did try the pho, udon, and shin ramen. Sauce bar that you can combine to your liking, and some desserts and fruit as well. Can't forget the boba to go, lots of options as well. I will definitely be back!
