First time ever eating here! Had family dinner for a birthday. The food was phenomenal. Tiffany the waitress was so attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Our drinks were never empty and this is a petpeeve of mine! The manager/owner engaged with us. Felt very welcome by all. Highly recommend!! BETTER than Boston Lobster Feast in my opinion.

Some of the best seafood boil in the area! And I don't like seafood!
The shrimp, Cajun sausage, snow crabs is best. Mild sauce is spicy and will leave you with clear sinuses. Check your spice levels down if this is 1st time here.
They're added Ramen to the add on options!!! O is it a delicious experience.
Plenty of options for non-seafood lovers and kids.
Atmosphere is chill.
Service is fair. Checking out might be slower than expected.

I recently dined at Hot & Crazy Crab, and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing for the nearly $70 I spent.

To start, the fried shrimp were a letdown. They lacked seasoning and flavor, leaving them dry and unappetizing. The crab legs were similarly underwhelming, missing the vibrant taste that seafood should deliver. It was disheartening to experience such blandness when I had high hopes for a flavorful meal.

As for my Arnold Palmer, it was unfortunately watered down, which was not what I expected. A refreshing drink should enhance the dining experience, but this one fell flat, lacking the balance of flavors I was looking for.

On a positive note, I must commend the server for their kindness and attentiveness. Their friendly demeanor was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing meal.

Overall, my visit to Hot & Crazy Crab did not meet my expectations.

We were looking for good seafood, and we sure found that. Hot and crazy crab was a good find and affordable. We got to of the special combo B. We tried mild and hot. We were seated right away and served right away. Our server was great and very attentive. The food did not take too long to come out and everything tasted great. Both of our meals was well flavored and the seasonings almost perfect. The only complaint I had was that the sauce was a bit salty. All in all this was a perfect pick for a family night out. The restaurants atmosphere was also perfect as there was sports for those who enjoy it as well as music for others. The restaurant was also kid friendly which is a plus.

This was our 1st time there(11/10/24). I got the fried tilapia with coleslaw on the side and my wife got the fried catfish. The food was hot, fresh, perfect and it was reasonably priced. The service was excellent too. We are already talking about going back. I think anyone would be very happy with this restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience. To date the best seafood boil I’ve had. The crab and shrimp peeled perfectly and were seasoned equally as good. Make sure you’re ready if you order the hot. It’s not a bad thing at all but I’m glad I didn’t do the very hot that I was considering. Our server was attentive, and packaged up all the leftovers. We’ll definitely be back.

Delicious! Best customer service with a good sense of humor! It’s fun, welcoming, and friendly. My boyfriend and I decided to do a seafood boil type of night, so we come here to try it out. Best seafood boil ever. The price is super reasonable and you get your money worth! Very good, I recommend coming here and enjoy a messy, but delicious dinner! We ordered 1lb of snow crabs, 1lbs of blue crab, 1lb shrimp, and 2 1/2lbs of crawfish with hot and crazy medium spicy sauce. Just perfect for a date night.

Update: 5/2/24
So we went back here again recently since we were craving for seafood boil. I think they have gotten new owners, not sure. However, this time, we tried their king crab legs and it had a but odor. The crawfish was good, but some were dead, so it’s a hit and miss. The sauce is good, but they just needed to mix it a bit. There was a lot of food since we ordered a lot. Overall, it was alright.
