I took my daughter here for date night, and we had a blast. The food was great, service was good, selection was amazing on the serve yourself bar, and I can’t complain about it being all you can eat. Because it was all you can eat, the prices were very reasonable. I liked the modern decor and music, but the overall environment was very loud. My only complaints were that the server didn’t really explain how the cooking of the food process works, but it was easy enough to figure out. Also, I don’t like that the vegetarian price is the same price as the all you can eat meat, but overall I was very happy and would return.

A nice hot pot. The spicy is the way to go! The only thing that would make it better is if they had alcohol and yum yum sauce.

I've been to alot of hotpots and this one by far is my favorite. From the high quality food to the best service. The tomato broth is my favorite along with the ribeye and short rib meat. Love that you can choose your own items and make it to your own liking. Ana always gives the best service and makes me feel like family. She is so kind and attentive to detail which makes me want come back- Especially when it's raining you can definitely find me here. Also, this place is always clean which is very important. Don't hesitate to come check them out for yourself!

Food was fresh and meat can be ordered 3 plates at a time. Self service on seafood, tofu and veggies and make your own dipping sauce. Drinks and desserts extra charge.

Hot Pot Spot is a great hot pot location. First like it I found in Colorado like similar I tried out of state. Order a broth and meat per person, get a plate to select from a huge variety of vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, seafood and sauces, to make your own dish. All you can eat and only one time through was more than enough! Broths were all delicious and we all enjoyed the various options to make our meal. Worth another round to try something new!

Its very rare I give a 10/10 but these guys disserve it

Food was GREAT. it's perfect for beginners but also experienced Asian Cuisine enthusiasts.

Plenty of options, everything was safe and fresh, and cheap for what you get.

Good for singles, family, couples, or friends.

Customer service was very polite and helpful. Johnathan did his job well, was quick, and you could tell he was emotionally invested in his tasks at hand. He deserves a raise ?

10/10 will come again

I was there a few days after their grand opening (in April of 2023). Sadly, this review is a bit late. But the experience we had here is still fresh in my mind. All food items were great and absolutely fresh. It offered a good seafood selection amongst other tasty items (we were there at lunch time). Service was also good. The hotpot experience was also awesome! The restaurant was nice, state of the art and quite elegant. Northern Colorado very much needs restaurants such as this that offer diners different cultural dining experiences.

My only (albeit slight) qualm is the cost/price of dining here. My wife and I were here during lunch time. But our tab (with tip) was over $70.00. SO this place isn't cheap. I suppose this is one of those restaurants where you go on occasion to experience something unique, out of the ordinary, and to treat you and your significant other. For that kind of experiences, I do recommend this place and what it offers!

I love hot pot and I've been waiting to come here since they opened. Looking forward to one of my favorite soups, I got the Vietnamese canh chua. I'll be honest, I wasn't into it. It didn't taste like what I'm used to, but my partner really enjoyed it. We ended up switching broths, as I liked their Tonkotsu instead. The sauce bar was packed full of great options, good amount of seafood choices including crawfish, and a decent amount of veggies. I was blown away by how fresh the beef looked. My favorite was the beef brisket and ribeye which was so tender. Best of all, the service was impeccable. We had a little issue with one of our broths, but the staff took care of it immediately. They were truly the highlight of this visit.
