Awesome store! I’m a big fan of SpongeBob, South Park and Bluey, and they had so much here for each! All in my size, too! Plus, the associates were super nice and kept offering me deals and put like 4 coupons in my bag! Definitely will come back

Yesterday I went in with my brother to look around I always go in there every time I go to the mall and I always get something well today I went and there was a guy and two girls one girl nicely asked if they had something I don't really remember what she asked for it was about a TV show I think well the Store Clark start hating on the show and you could obviously tell the girl was uncomfortable because she just explained how much she loved the show And one of the guys she was with said he didn't like it and the store Clarke she had red and black hair Started Going on a tangent about really only mindless 13 year olds watch it and I could clearly see this girl was Getting upset it seemed like anything the girl liked the store Clark was being completely disrespectful And clearly towards the end. I could see that the girl was Completely uncomfortable. Everyone's entitled to their opinion but You're store Clark was way overline on how she handled her views Whether you agree with someone or not the way she ripped into that girl liked was just disgusting and sad I put back what I was gonna get and Left with my brother. I will not ever come back to your location ever again. After that encountered even though it didn't happen to me I just couldn't believe that's how You're employee treats a paying customer.

Thankfully I ran into the girl One more time before I left the mall and i apologized to her she was so sad and almost in tears She also said she will never go back to that hot topics ever again. She was very sweet I watched whole thing she just asked for 2 things and your employee Was totally outlined And there was a second Employee that chimed in a couple times. I think the girl handled the situation A lot better than I would have if that was my sister or even me. I would have tour into that employee like there was no tomorrow.
Because you do not treat people like that especially even after she told the lady she was autistic My heart goes out to that poor girl do better ?

Just want to leave a glowing review for the woman that checked us out. This was June 6th 2023. I was shopping with my husband and kids, and we went into Hot Topic and began browsing when my 3 year olds necklace broke. The woman at the cash register offered to fix the necklace while we continued looking around. She did indeed fix it to my 3 year olds delight. The woman was also accommodating with making sure we knew all the clearance and deals going on and grabbing something from a high shelf for me. I left as a very happy customer. I wish I remember your name, but if you see this thank you very much again Hot Topic employee.

It was my first time actually at a hot topic, I always look at them and want to go in but I never had the time or money but it was definitely enjoyable.I had bought like 7 shirts and 2 skirts and then like 3-8 accessories, all that together had coast $225. The employees are very polite and helpful with anything, I had saw a skirt that was out of reach and I asked them to get it and they politely did. A bunch of accessories,clothes, and toys(Funko pop). I would definitely want to go back but with a lot more money though.

This store is dummy lit. The person who checked me out, was the most sincere and kind person i’ve ever met. They had pink hair. This place is great. A diamond in the mall.

I like this place but the employees still act like they're way cooler than everyone else. Every HT I've been into since I was a teen has had these employees that act like snobs, I don't get it. They're off-putting and rarely engaging, they only talk to each other and ignore the customer. I've been to this location on a few occasions where the cashiers will just carry on a full conversation while ringing me up and not even look at me. I know it's some psuedo punk store but it's STILL a retail store and there needs to be an ounce of customer service.

So, for me, I love this store because they always stock plenty of sunglasses. They usually have some sort of sale with sunglasses so I usually buy a bunch of pairs at a time. The staff is always helpful and polite. The store is kinda small and messy but that's pretty standard to many hot topics so it's not a huge deal.

I'm used to other Hot Topics having more variety of sizes. This one does NOT. Great if you're a waif or slightly pudgy, but if you are larger forget it. My kiddo inherited their father's Midwestern frame and height, and there are so few options for an alternative teen of stocky build at this location. Not inclusive unless you're a typical build.
