Fell in love from first visit. Want to bring more friends to check it out. It's about 30 miles out the way but when have a reason, I'll make a way.

Fresh food, not too much so won't over do it. I love the different pots, we tried 4 different bases, so flavorful!

- This place has really nice staff who make eating there fun and easy.
- You can order your food using an iPad, which is cool and makes things simple.
- They let you try four different soups in one pot, which is awesome!
- You get served quickly, so you don't have to wait long to eat. We came around 5pm on Sunday and there was no line.

Quality of the meats were average but at least there was a good variety. We had the Sichuan, tonkatsu, Tom yum, and the sukiyaki bases but they were all pretty light, including the Sichuan.

But it's pretty hard to beat the price for an ayce hot pot. So if you crave an endless supply of hot pot, this is not a bad choice if you don't want to break the bank.

Unique and spacious AYCE hotpot. Great quality food with amazing service. The entire staff was accommodating as we kept adding more guests to our table. Shout out to our server, Anthony! He took care of our table of 11. He was very knowledgeable with all the variety of choices for broth, premium meats, vegetables. He even walked us through how to order on the tablet. Everything was fresh with a nice presentation. I would definitely come here with big parties bc the staff knows how to be efficient and the ambience is great!

I was really disappointed coming here for my first time. To start we got zero explanation on how things worked. The guy that seated us spent 2 min showing us how to place our order on the iPad. We told him it was our first time at a hot pot place and he offered zero explanation. We had to ask for our drinks that were never delivered to us even though we had gotten our food already. The food was okay. If you like soup and boiled meat then you might like this but it wasn't very good. The guy that seated us seemed annoyed when we would ask him questions. Our table was completely full of dirty and empty plates that no one came to pick up. I had to request them to remove the dirty stuff off our table. Then in the last 20 minutes my sister's husband joined us and basically ate all the food that we hadn't. Just to then find out they charged us another $32 for him! Now I would understand had they done this if we had ordered more food while he was there but we didn't. Overall the food was not great, they played terrible loud music and for a place that makes you order your own food and cook it, I would say it's not worth the money. You might as well as cook at home.

All you can eat! How can you go wrong? Everyone enjoyed their tasty soup base, fresh vegetables, fresh seafood, fresh meats, and especially, you can customize your own sauces! At the end of the meal, your stomach will be very satisfied! Service staff were nice and quick.

I recently visited this hot pot restaurant and was impressed by the wide variety of broths available. However, the plates and utensils left much to be desired. The plates were oddly shaped and quite small, making them inconvenient to use. Additionally, the metal chopsticks were uncomfortable to handle; wooden ones would have been much better.

The sesame sauce was very sweet. It's my favorite sauce, but I've never seen anyone add sugar to it before. The glass noodles were wide, long, and slippery, making them very difficult to pick up with the slippery metal chopsticks.

On a positive note, the staff was very kind and attentive.

First time here was a positive one. The 2 soup flavors I tried, Cajun and Tonkatsu were good. I liked the make-your-own sauce bar and getting to order everything from a tablet. The meats and veggies were fresh and they had a pretty good selection.
