Nous souhaitons adresser une mention spéciale à Katy et Giancinto, qui ont été absolument formidables. Leur écoute, leur flexibilité et leur souci du détail nous ont permis de nous sentir pris en charge et sereins tout au long de la journée. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence.

La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse, et tous nos invités n’ont eu que des compliments à faire. Des entrées aux desserts, chaque plat était savoureux et magnifiquement présenté, témoignant d’une qualité irréprochable.

Reflecting back on my wedding last year G catering stands out as one of the highlights of the entire experience. G was friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. He took care of EVERYTHING we needed, he was reassuring and tolerant of all my questions ideas and stresses and handled it with grace and professionalism. People still talk to me about the incredible food (beef short rib!). On the day of G delivered and ex executed everything as planned is smoothly and his entire staff was so kind and took such great care of me and my guests. I really can’t recommend G enough. Thank you G for making my wedding perfect!!

We were lucky enough to have G Catering at our wedding last week! What a pleasure it was working with such a caring and professional team! G himself was with us for 2 separate tastings, ensuring everything was exactly like we envisioned and you could tell he truly cared about us leaving happy! He was friendly, very accommodating, and open-minded!

On the day of our wedding, we were simply blown away by the service and the quality of the food! We missed the cocktail hour but they had set aside a plate for us to enjoy the canapes, which was greatly appreciated! Then course after course, ourselves and our guests kept being blown away by the food, people kept coming up to us saying the food was melting in their mouths and how big the portions were! The staff was super friendly and seemed happy to be there, they were always checking on us making sure everything was to our liking… I could go on and on but bottom line is G Catering was amazing, we will be recommending them to everyone from now on!

What a wonderful experience it was starting from the beginning ! G knew everything I had envisioned for my wedding at our lake house in Quebec ! He was basically my wedding manager throughout the whole process and what a pleasure it was working with him and his team ! Everyone that came to our wedding from the US could not believe the service , the food , and the cocktails! From the amazing chef that cooked in our rustic cabin that made magic in our kitchen to the servers that plated us to the creative bartender and the manager that help run the show we’re all phenomenal!!

Le chef de cérémonie Martin toujours disponible et courtois, la barmaid Sophie efficace et souriante, le serveur Dominic rapide et attentionné et le chef Alex nous a fait plaisir avec sa délicieuse cuisine. Nous avions aussi retenu les services du DJ Christopher de tonparty.com qui a su dynamiser la soirée et même faire danser mon frère!...

Thank you so much for the catering & service on our wedding, as well as the tasting session. Overall, it was an amazing night thanks to you guys.

The osso bucco and the spinach, strawberry and maple glazed walnut (apparently fully kitchenmade) salad is amazing! The Salmon was better on the tasting day, but I’m glad that you guys took our feedback and some small complaints on the day for it. Your pasta was also amazing, and the midnight table was delicious (sliders, poutine, ice cream and fresh fruits).

For the fair price that Traiteur G gives, the whole thing is worth it. They are responsible, friendly, responsive and professional.
